In order to underline the importance of promotion and publicity actions, the Project Partners have established specially dedicated Task 2: Publicity – Dissemination, to coordinate and monitor publicity oriented activities.
The main objective of promotion activities is to disseminate and to inform research institutions from medicinal chemistry and pharmacology areas, about the Project’s goals and results. By these activities it’s intended to reach a wide audience and to raise public awareness regarding implementation and outcomes of the Project.
In regard to compounds acquisition program, close links with other scientific institutions interested in the screening services offered by the platform will be established.
Dissemination and promotion activities are performed through the following channels:
- setting up and maintenance of the Project’s web site
- presentation of the Project at other research institutions and universities (Presentations)
- presentation of the Project at related thematic events (Conferences)
- diffusion of new knowledge in research environment (Publications)
- production of promotional materials for dissemination purposes (Brochures)
According to “ Publicity Guidelines, The EEA Financial Mechanism & The Norwegian Financial Mechanism 2004-2009. ” all promotional and publicity materials (e.g. web page, brochures, leaflets, posters, scientific papers) include clear acknowledgment of the assistance received from Polish-Norwegian Research Fund.
